Our standard warranty period is one year from the original date of purchase. During this period, NovaTech will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product that is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
To obtain warranty service, customers must contact NovaTech support and provide proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. NovaTech reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage in all cases.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or service performed by anyone other than a NovaTech authorized service provider. Cosmetic damage is also not covered.
